Modularize the library

Do you have any plans to modularize this library with the Java 9 JPMS system ?

Not really, since our other projects are also still on 8.

Hm, that wasn't the expected answer :) Still, I hope you'll analyze my PR proposal.

JMPQ3 is the only library causing me "wrong" errors in my IDE due to its digit at the end of the automatic module (which isn't really liked by JPMS).
