[enhancement]: Add "Locate in Gallery"

What should this feature add?

I'd like to be able to right-click on an image anywhere in the UI and pick the option "Locate in Gallery" or "Select in Gallery". The gallery would immediately go to the correct board and page and add a flashing border around the image (something to indicate which image it is) or select it.

Alternatives

A bookmark system would be another way to locate images and mark them without advancing them to the head of the gallery view, but this would also have to support locating images. This is far more complex.
