What should this feature add?

I'd like an option to convert a layer into a 3D object. Invoke should use an image-to-3D model (like Hunyuan3D) for the conversion. Once converted, the user should be able to rotate the 3D object directly on the canvas. The rotated 3D object can then be used for image-to-image operations or converted into a control layer
