What happened

This issue has been reported multiple times on Discord. It manifests as KeyError: 'middle_block_out.0.weight'.

The current workaround is to re-install the tile controlnet from the models tab using its HuggingFace repo ID: xinsir/controlnet-tile-sdxl-1.0.

What you expected to happen

The tile controlnet should be installable by scanning a local directory.
