[enhancement]: Ability to reorder the queue

What should this feature add?

Sometimes I add a lot of items to the queue, and I want to run certain iterations before others. We already have the "add to front of queue" button, but an interface with which to organize queue items is a logical next step.

Alternatives

An ability to prioritize queue items, even if they can't be reordered. So like the processor would pick the next "priority 5" over the next item, which is maybe "priority 1" (One of the systems I use at work vaguely functions like this, I can provide more details if necessary)
