[enhancement]: Use the CoreML version of realESRGAN on Mac

What should this feature add?

On the Mac, Real-ESRGAN upscaling in Invoke currently runs on the CPU. This project uses a version of it that runs on Apple's CoreML framework, allowing it to run faster and more efficiently on the GPU/Neural engine. It would be nice if Invoke could be updated to use this version.
