[Cleanup] Minimizing Actions List Dropdown on the Invoices Table

@beganovich @turbo124 The PR includes the reorganization of the 'more_actions' dropdown on the Invoices tables to avoid having a large dropdown with actions stacked one under the other. Screenshot:
