Paypal Express adjust fee percent "Learn More" link goes to Stripe article

What version of Invoice Ninja are you running? ie v4.5.25 / v5.0.30

What environment are you running? V5.3.23

Describe the bug The Learn more link under the Paypal Express gateway is linked to a Stripe article. Stripe being a different service than Paypal.

Expected behavior It should link to a Paypal article?

We link to that page because it does a good job explaining why you may want to enable the 'Adjust Fee Percent' option.

I don't think we could find a page for each gateway with the same info but I see how it could be confusing.

I thought that might be the case. I just happened to stumble on that and thought I would bring it to your attention. If it's intended, it can be left as is. It's not game breaking!
