IntSizeTProperty misbehaving and still slideable when min == max == 0

When min == max == 0 for an IntSizeTProperty property, the slider is still moveable and the value window shows 99, see image below. This does not happen for values other than 0. I haven't tested if this also happens with other OrdinalProperty properties.
