Official react-native-gradle-plugin

React native is currently working on creating an official react-native-gradle-plugin and also published a proposal https://github.com/react-native-community/discussions-and-proposals/issues/273. So please share your thought and ideas for the official react-native-gradle-plugin.

@Salakar this is a good one - we still use this plugin internally and occasionally work is required, implying maintenance burden. If you've got thoughts to make sure whatever we use here is upstream-ed any maintenance burden here would then be spread to more folks, at the natural cost of less control / possible future disruption if upstream is somehow less stable over time...
