from 9.1.3 to 9.1.8 notifications stopped displaying

Hello, I recently updated Notifee from 9.1.3 to 9.1.8, and I noticed that notifications stopped displaying on Android.

What I Tried:

Downgraded Notifee to 9.1.3, and notifications started working again. Verified adb logcat, and there were no errors related to Notifee. Checked notifee.getChannels(), and the channel was created correctly. Verified that POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission was granted.

Environment: React Native version: 0.75 Notifee version: 9.1.8 (issue present), 9.1.3 (works fine)
