Description

Pana is a tool that can provide score of each Dart and Flutter packages before submitting to pub.dev, while it's easy to run melos exec -- pana $MELOS_PACKAGE_NAME the output is not as not as it's expected.

It would be nice to have melos score or similar commands that can run score on all packages and return a table of scores and potential issues that needs to be fixed to get more score.

Reasoning

It makes it easy to simply run one command and get one excellent output. it will help to increase the score of packages.
