chore: add GENERATED CODE mention and disable all lints

Note: the type=lint comment is a new language, which requires dart 2.15

It disables all lints

Do we want this if it's only 2.15 and above? That's only the very latest Flutter for example - so the lint issues would start to appear for anyone on older versions?
