Sponsor registration: Email field appears twice in guest access request

Describe the bug When you perform a sponsor registration, Email field appears twice in guest access request received by sponsor.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a sponsor source
2. Create a sponsor user
3. Try to register using sponsor source

=> I entered only one time my email address

Expected behavior Email with only one email field

Additional context If I add a mandatory field (using a portal module) like "Company". This field appears after second Email field.
