Get reports from a PacketFence server each day

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you want to get some metrics on your PacketFence server on a daily basis, you can use Reports menu but you need to connect to web admin each day.

On top of that, it's not easy to export a report using Reports menu if you want to keep it for historical purpose. Process is:

1. Click on the report
2. Select your time period
3. Display all results in one page (works only if you have less than 1000 records)
4. Select all results
5. Export in CSV

At the moment, we don't support sending results of reports by mail.

@satkunas suggested that we could rely on maintenance task to do this and send the result by email

Additional context Having a way to export Report can be interesting because you don't need to keep a lot of records in DB in order to generate old reports.
