PayPal Security Challenge (Captcha) Page Will Not Load

We are using PF for access on our Free Wi-Fi for both unpaid and paid access. We are using PayPal for payment, and the Captcha security challenge page will not load for either verified accounts or guest accounts. The Captcha page will load if connected through a different method other than PF. The handoff from PF to PayPal is working and all pertinent information for the transaction can be collected just fine. The transaction fails when PP tries to load the Captcha challenge page. Verified PaPal Captcha on We have verified that all the certificates for our server and the application have been updated. The application was working just fine 05/02/2022.
