API call to return which server has currently virtual IPs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In a cluster environment, it could be interesting to make an API call on management virtual IP address to know which server has currently virtual IP addresses (hostname and IP address of the server)

At the moment, we have /api/v1/cluster/servers but the virtual IP addreeses are missing from output and I suppose this API call only return configuration informations, not realtime informations (need to be confirmed)

Describe the solution you'd like An API call to know which server(s) own virtual IP addresses in realtime.

Additional context This feature request is coming from a customer which forward requests from a reverse proxy to a PacketFence cluster in a cloud environment.
