Added Wired Profile provisioning options and templates for Apple Devices

Description

Added connection type option to provision wired profiles for Apple devices. Wired PEAP only right now. Will add other types.

Impacts

Changed template for building mobileconfig profiles based on connection type selected.

The wireless-wired template is missing.

@extrafu yes, I am testing the wired-peap template to make sure everything is working properly, then I will create the wireless-wired one.

Also test with the latest Golang-based Windows provisionning agent. It supports wired profiles.

I have tested the new Windows agent. The wireless worked with PEAP. The wired profile does not have the right settings. It is missing the checkbox "Specify authentication mode" and "User authentication" selection, and also needs to uncheck the "Validate server certificate" checkbox.

What do we do about this, its been sitting here for a long time.

Either we get this in for 11.1 or lets just clear the milestone
