Admin GUI: better display of iplog entries for an endpoint

Currently, IP history for an endpoint shows the last 25 iplog entries. Most of the time, it is the last 25 leases for registration or something like that so the display can become somewhat irrelevant. Display should either "merge" identical following leases or offer a display only one of theses "duplicate" leases with a "+" to display all of them so that way, we can see a larger history.
