[FR] Support python 3.13

Problem statement

When trying to run inventree with python3.13 it complains about not finding the module imghdr (and probably some other things, haven't dig deeper?)

Suggested solution

Remove the deprecated imghdr dependency as per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/79144437/how-to-resolve-no-module-named-imghdr-error-in-python-3-13-with-tweepy
