[FR] Add dashboard alert for plugins that require not activated mixins

Problem statement

It is currently not obvious if issues with plugins are just missing mixins (ie not enabled)

Suggested solution

Add a widget to the dashboard that alerts superusers regarding this. Maybe change the rendering of plugins to also alert regarding this

A notification could also work

That's a very good idea. Maybe also list what mixing a plugin uses.

I have to admit, I even fell for it myself for a short time and only found out through debugging that these settings still exist 😃 .
