PUI location type
This PR adds the from me suggested change in #7202, in particular:
- the location type to the PUI location details page
But also:
- location type management to the PUI admin center
- stock location type selection when editing/adding a location in PUI
- fixes a bug where the add dialog contains the previous editing data on a few tables
