[FR] Add purchase/buy/order part button

Problem statement
If i remember correctly, the previous UI had buttons at multiple places (buttons) where I could easily create a purchase order for a part. I.e., in the BOM list (per line item), in the top right corner in the part view, etc.
Suggested solution
Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, but if not: I miss the ability to easily create a PO. Is it possible to introduce those buttons again?

The UI has not been duplicated exactly - there are some new features and some which have not been reproduced.
Are there any particular interface actions that you feel are missing?
It'd nice to have an "Order Stock" link in the context menu of a part's BOM, just like at the "Required Parts" list of a build order.
So add this link:

And another place could be an "Order Stock" icon in the top right set of buttons on the Part page. I think the previous UI had a button there, but I'm not sure. My spinal cord reflexively moves towards that position every time I want to order a part ;-)
The /web/purchasing/supplier-part/ page would also be a logical place to order stock.
I'd be happy to create one or more separate issues for these additions.
