Ordering listing elements

This branch allows opening a "reorder mode" in any list menu, and then hitting the "save" button will trigger only one server request to reorder all displayed (paginated) elements. All the logic is then handled server side

bug: when I click on "Done", the elements are re-sorted to their previous order (but the saved order is visible on reload)
