RelativeEntitiesList fails to filter-out entities of the wrong type

Ex: the following statement was made in Wikidata: wd:Q2698984 wdt:P144 wd:Q6206. wd:Q2698984 is not a work and should thus not appear in the "Works based on Capitalism [wd:Q6206]": this Wikidata statement is arguably a mistake, but we should have mechanisms to prevent propagating it, as this kind of data modeling mistake happens regularly.

Additionnaly, there shouldn't even be a "Works based on Capitalism" list, as Capitalism (wd:Q6206) isn't a work
