top bar select language from left to right language is overflowing

on small screens, when i select a left to right language, then i select an another language, dropdown menu should have a right alignement

that could be fixed, when rewriting the top bar as a Svelte component, by using the Dropdown component, which can check on which side the dropdown content should be positioned
