Document file manager: display doctype along other informations

Currently, the document type manager, that may be included in websubmit or be called from the detailed page allows to set a document type per file uploaded. It also displays the file types, and a description, however the bibdoc document type is not easily visible which may cause trouble if more than one document is attached like this:

At join2 publication workflows for OpenAccess require certain doc types to be used for release to the public while other doc types are never released by our processes. E.g. in the above procedures would release the handout, the slides, both doc type Main but not the source Doc Type: LaTeX.

Unfortunately, the current system gives no easy access of the doc type to our librarians who have to check the legal situation before anything is released at all and if a user happens to add only doc types that can not be released they would need to tackle this situation as well.

To streamline the workflow join² suggests to extend the display of doc file manager (used in join² in websubmit) by displaying the internal doc type:
