bibcirculation: ILL requests sent to static address

bibcirculation.py of maint-1.1 L452 sends ILL request to some gmail address which is most likely not correct.

(JOIN² is not going to use this module, however, if someone else might stumble upon it...)

I can see it was fixed in v1.2 (1d5510a82c548dfb89c6962fc70731f75bbd2cdf)

I guessed that, but we had some issues that prevented us at JOIN² unfortunately to move to 1.2.

I guess @jgarcial really wanted to get email from every Invenio installation using circulation 😜
