languages: English still not rising to the top

Although https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-app-rdm/issues/738 made some progress on the issue, the UX is not quite there yet:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'uploads/new'
2. Start typing in "English" into the Languages field:

At first it's good:

but add "l" and it's not:

"english" is not:

Expected behavior

In those situations "English" should be the top choice.
