502 error code on logging in as a blocked user

Describe the bug

If a user is blocked, when trying to log in, it will display a 502 and nothing happens, when refreshing the user will see some banners suggeting to log in. This is a bit confusing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ban an user.
2. Try to log in as the banned user.
3. See the error.

Expected behavior

The user should see an error page indicating that he is blocked and that if he wants to be unblocked should contact XXX.
