use case

As a research repository curator, on a schedule I review all records that have been edited since my last review and would like to sometimes reach out to to person who created and person who last edited a record in order to clarify things or just to let them know of enhancement work that affects their latest change.

Because InvenioRDM doesn't track the last editor, I can't reach out to them.

Describe the solution you'd like

In addition to the owner, track the last editor of a record. The last editor should be stored on the record itself.
