Integrate package with LightGraphs.jl

It may be useful to have a toolbox for treating synthetic grids as graphs. In that case, LightGraphs.jl provides a large number of functionalities. Thus, it should be considered for future integration.

Let me know how we in JuliaGraphs can help. If there's functionality you need from the ecosystem that's missing, please open up issues so we can discuss the best way of providing what you need.

Thanks a lot, @sbromberger. As you can see from the date of the issue, I haven't been really active on this project for a while (due to several other priorities), and have still to check how to proceed. I will be sure to open the issues in case there is something to be discussed.
