Dear Team,

It looks GSE37589 is not included by the database. Is there any reason it is excluded?

Sequencing data has been deposited to the National Center for Biotechnology Information GEO database (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/) under accession number GSE37589.

Hi,

ChIP-Atlas surely includes ChIP-seq data of GSM922965-GSM922974 in GSE37589. You can find them with the advanced search tool of ChIP-Atlas. image
