Minor issue when starting the appimage in Linux Mint

Hi, I want to report that when starting the appimage in Linux Mint 21.3, the app takes a long time to show up. Then, when it does, hangs for a few seconds (The OS reports "non responding application" and propose to force-close it; I just stand-by or hit "wait") and finally continue to operate normally. IDK if it's my (quite old) laptop or something else.
