Exposing fawkes as a standalone executable

Currently to run fawkes, we need to have the entire source code in place. This is not ideal as it involves cloning the repo, installing dependencies etc. which cause a lot of friction in setup.

This can be avoided if fawkes is exposed as a complete standalone exeutable.
