add MRM preset for auto

• Reduce the effort to add auto to existing projects

• A preset that stays up to date with the latest auto features

mrm auto

• Document gotchas (e.g. you may have issues with an auto TS config file if your TS settings are different, make sure you have a published git tag before starting, etc)
• Mention this preset somewhere in the auto docs

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Maintaining my own personal shell script

Additional context

• Have added auto to ~5 different JS projects in the past month, with 5+ on the horizon
• This was an idea from the devtools.fm podcast with @orta ( https://devtools.fm/episode/6 ). Mrm is a tool for automatically adding tooling configuration to existing projects.
