ROS2 (Humble) + rtabmap integration with ORB_SLAM3

Environment

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04
  • ROS2: Humble
  • rtabmap: 0.22.1 (built from source)
  • rtabmap_ros workspace: ~/Templates/orbslam3_ws
  • ORB_SLAM3 tested: v0.4-beta (issues)
  • Test data: stereo_outdoorA.db3 (ros2 bag play --clock)

I tried this ref: https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap/issues/1104

but still got issue, is ROS2 currently supported ?

See https://github.com/introlab/rtabmap/pull/1152 for ORB-SLAM3 v1 support.

Could potentially work on ROS2, though not tested myself.
