Error launching v0.21.4 on M1 Mac Ventura

"You cant use this version of the application with this version of macos" Using the v0.21.0 worked fine

The arm release has been built under M1 Mac Sonoma. It may have a backward MacOS compatibility issue. You can try to launch the Intel version on your M1 as a workaround.
