[ERROR] (2023-03-24 14:36:54.906) DBDriverSqlite3.cpp:432::connectDatabaseQuery() Opened database version (0.21.0) is more recent than rtabmap installed version (0.20.23). Please update rtabmap to new version!

unable to downgrade or upgrade, How to fix this error.

From where this database is coming from? It is a newer rtabmap version was used to record that database, and you are opening it with an older version.
