Package ODAS to deploy on Windows and MacOS.

Hey there, I was wondering if there was any progress on this yet. The new Azure Kinect DK has a 7-mic array and there's no API or SDK to use it, so ODAS is really well positioned to be used for this, except it doesn't work on Windows yet.
