When the new version? sfml2.3 and pysfml1.4 or pysfmlx.

The upcoming version is version 2.3.2, the one that matches the official release of SFML 2.3.2. The thing is I'm working on porting other SFML based libraries at the same time to check if the C/Cython API is stable enough :) I cannot really tell when, but I will prepare a few installer shortly, and the website updated.
