Latest (119) Librewolf won't even start

Hi.

After updating from 114 to 119 today I'm now seeing "LibreWolf could not be started. Exit code: ERROR" notification window and the program doesn't start at all. Same error and behavior regardless of profile. No logs to be found.

I consider this a bug because no logs are to be found and prior version (114) work properly on the same setup.

I'm on Win7 SP1 x64, MSVC++ 2015-2022 ver. 14.36.32532.

Should I even expect LW to run on Win7 still?

Please advise.
