Just to keep everything in context here. In the referenced pyqtws issue, intersimone999 says (on January 2021) the problem is most likely related to qtwebengine.

I browsed the qtwebengine's bugzilla and found #89030 - Can't login to gmail - Browser may not be secure:

• Someone confirms switching UA to Firefox works.
• Closed as non-reproducible on Dec 2020.

In the referenced Reddit post in intersimone999's comment someone talks about changing the User-Agent as well.

Does anyone here has an idea on how to change the User-Agent used inside silos-app?
