Duplicated header issue still persist

Actual Behavior

A duplicated heard is seen on non-primary headers

Expected Behavior To not be so

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Create an order
2. Throttle the Networks to Slow 3G for a longer time to view the issue as it does go away after a second (still long enough to notice)
3. In some of the checkout routes (the Receipt page for example) a duplicated header can be seen

This workaround is to add ngSkipHydration but as it already states on the PWA, it's not the ideal solution
