Dashboard not displayed

I'm running the notebook:

I am expecting a dashboard but I see this :

I tried some suggestions on StackOverflow and also this one : https://github.com/interpretml/interpret-text/issues/142 , but no luck.

Observation is same for both Colab and local Jupyter notebook

It worked for me on my laptop using Jupyter notebook

Is the issue resolved on colab? Am not able to see the dashboards appearing on google colab.

I have tried running on laptop in VScode jupyter notebook. Dashbaords are not displayed.
