Security settings not accessible
I recently created an account. But it is not possible to enter the "Security" tabs in the web-drive (drive.internxt.com). It keeps asking me for my password there and claims the given password was wrong. I provided definitively the correct password, though (copy & paste from password manager). The same password works fine for a login.
Hints:
- I'm using Firefox (Windows) but also tried with Edge (same result)
- My mail address contains a '+'-character (some services having problems with it)
Let me also point out two more things I realised:
- It is very hard to find any kind of support channel (create ticket / send mail) on the website, drive-web-app, desktop app.
- In the support section of the website it says one could easily change the password if it got lost as long an active session still exists on some device (https://help.internxt.com/en/articles/5359486-does-internxt-store-my-password). This seems to be wrong as you have to enter your password (which you may have forgotten) before you can change it.
