[PB-2222] feat: update sections Plans/Billings

Updates

The following PR provides a solution to the integration of B2B business plans on the Plans and Billings sections.

Plans

• The plans section includes an interval to display individual and business plans if they exist.
• The calls through the SDK to indicate which type of plan (individual or business) will be manipulated were resolved.
• The call to the limit and usage endpoints was integrated to allow searching for the workspaceUserId information.
• The prices in the invoices were fixed (no longer static).

Workspace Billing

• The section now manipulates the correct user information.
• The cancel subscription action was added in this section.
• The edit payment method actions work in both sections.

Others

• The texts referring to the prices in both sections were adjusted, example: 34 €/month
• Adjustments to various parts of the code to handle plan information appropriately, allowing for obtaining information from both plans (individual and business).

• sdk/payments: update to receive a userType - update types.

• sdk/storage: update endpoints (limit and usage).
