Exclude Option to Exclude Some File by Keyword Such As "._"

As title Mac also always create "." for the files. All this uploaded to drive which is annoying and unnecessary. An option to exclude keyword file would be best like starting with ".*". User able to define would be cool. I use Syncthing and found this option is very useful.
