Renewed domain got expired

there are actually two issues here

1. domain that was renewed was marked as expired - it look like the domain was renewed just when the expirePeriod job was running and as a result domain was successfully renewed but also the expired status was set (possible race condition)
2. in the admin history view the renew/update record has the date of previous update from a year ago showing 17.10.2022 whilst the correct date and time of the request is 18.10.2023 00:45
