Wrong email in LOGIN_ERRORS.wrong_ia_account

Got an error during registration with the tip to write to [email protected]. Wrote a letter. Got a message that e-mail is no longer exists.

I can make a merge request with fix, but I need some information about actual email or help pages :) (look into Proposal & Constraints)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Delete Internet Archive account
2. Create a new one with the same e-mail
3. Try to log in on openlibrary
4. get message with the message to write to "[email protected]"
5. get an error

• Expected: Copy e-mail, write a message, get an answer
